I couldn't be more satisfied with my coffee maker! What I love most is the versatility—I can brew with pods when I’m in a rush or use fresh grounds when I want that full, rich flavor. The fact that it does both in one compact machine is a game-changer.The brew styles are excellent: Classic for a regular cup, Rich when I want more boldness, Over Ice for my iced coffee fix, and the Specialty setting for lattes and cappuccinos. The built-in frother is surprisingly good—it whips up hot or cold milk into silky foam in seconds and folds away neatly when I’m not using it, so it's not an eye sore.The range of brew sizes is another big plus. Whether I just want a quick 6 oz. pick-me-up, a 24 oz. to power through the day, or filling a travel mug before heading out, this machine delivers every time. I also appreciate the removable 56 oz. water reservoir, which makes refilling simple. I am in love! I recently got a keurig because I got addicted to the single serve option. I was really bummed when I couldn’t use my own coffee grounds without it coming out super watery. Then I found this. It has the option for pods or your own grounds. I’ve been using my own grounds and it really takes its time brewing so it never comes out watery. There’s so much flavor extracted! All the extra pieces store neatly inside the machine. The design is pretty and functional. My keurig had almost made me forgot how good coffee can be. I am totally in love with this machine!
We’ve only had this coffee maker less than a month but I tell you, we are loving it! We use the basket with our own coffee grounds but if we wanted to use the pods, we do have that option. The brew is super hot ….. we love that! And the frother is fantastic! I do like to make iced coffee in the afternoons & it comes out perfect! The slim look of the machine is so attractive & certainly takes up less space on my counter! I also love how it has hidden compartments for other attachments. We have other Ninja products so I’m used to the quality! We highly recommend this coffee machine!
This could be the best coffeemaker I’ve ever bought. And I’m old. I replaced a Keurig that died after about a year and a half. Keurig is the only pod machine I’ve ever used. This one will do grounds and pods, has a build-in frother. The coffee tastes better, and I don’t know how,but making iced coffee, the ice doesn’t melt. I used to have to make the coffee, put it in the fridge for a while and then add ice once the coffee cooled down. This, I fill the cup with ice, put it on iced coffee mode, it makes iced coffee without melting the ice. Magic! I would definitely buy this again. Let’s hope I don’t have to too soon. Plus, it’s pretty. Looks great on my counter. Highly recommend.
